Over You is a story about facing your past, making mistakes and giving yourself a second chance.

Max got dumped. She suffers but fortunately manages to survive and move on. So she decides to drop out of the private school she attends, fly to New York and start over. She gets her GED at the age of seventeen and chooses to spend a year college-free and so she creates Ex.Inc, a company which helps miserable girls get over their boyfriends who (surprise, surprise!) dump them.

Her method? Chocolate, Kleenex, a lot of fluids, gather the ex’s stuff in a box and deliver them to him, boxing, private lessons and finally the Moment, where every girl trained by Ma gets her revenge and leaves the boy coming back for more and getting nothing.

At the Other End:

Anna Whitt, daughter of a guardian angel and a demon, promised herself she'd never do the work of her father—polluting souls. She'd been naive to make such a claim. She'd been naive about a lot of things.

Haunted by demon whisperers, Anna does whatever she can to survive, even if it means embracing her dark side and earning an unwanted reputation as her school's party girl. Her life has never looked more bleak. And all the while there's Kaidan Rowe, son of the Duke of Lust, plaguing her heart and mind.

When an unexpected lost message from the angels surfaces, Anna finds herself traveling the globe with Kopano, son of Wrath, in an attempt to gain support of fellow Nephilim and give them hope for the first time. It soon becomes clear that whatever freedoms Anna and the rest of the Neph are hoping to win will not be gained without a fight. Until then, Anna and Kaidan must put aside the issues between them, overcome the steamiest of temptations yet, and face the ultimate question: is loving someone worth risking their life?

I was always proud to be Greek and believe that speaking Greek is a privilege and now it's one of those moments. Reading words like agapi mou, my love, and zoi mou, my life, made me extremely happy. I don't even know why I have to go over the same procedure I do with all the books I read on Goodreads. It's pretty obvious. 5 stars and one of the best books published in 2012. I decided to start reading the Covenant series a while ago because of what other readers and bloggers wrote about Aiden. So, I gave it a shot. And what a shot that was! The characters, the plot, the twists and finally the cliffhanger were exceptional.

The characters

Now back to the story. Alex is a step before becoming the Apollyon and the fact that Seth can't keep his hands off her doesn't help. Seth, or Cuddle Bunny, is still one of the hottest guys and he's also the one who's trying to win Alex's heart, even when it belongs to a special pure-blood. But he has his humor as his #1 weapon. His lines are delightful.

Kylie is a Chameleon, which means that she has a little bit of all kinds of supernaturals in her DNA. Moreover, as much as Lucas tries to be with Kylie his father has other plans for him. Derek admits that he's in love with her but her heart belongs to a particular werewolf.

That's a lot to take in, right? But, it's not enough for Kylie though.

Being a chameleon is pretty frustrating. Her brain pattern as well as her abilities change all the freaking time. One day she is a witch and the next a vampire, a fae, a ghost and a werewolf. Awesome, huh? Not for Kylie. She must learn how to control this extremely rare kind of supernatural and the only person who can teach her how to accomplish it is her  grandfather whom she finally meets. He also insists in her leaving Shadow Falls Camp and living with her kind.
